2017 Chevrolet Impala Owners Manual

Manual

2017 Chevrolet Impala Owners Manual- With a historical past going back to 1958, Chevrolet’s greatest sedan persists into the 2017 model year with only a handful of changes. A V6 engine is now available in the base model, while the 2017 Impala LT can have natural leather seats. 2017 Chevrolet Impala Top and LT trim levels acquire Google Android Auto and Apple CarPlay functionality.

When Chevrolet re-designed its Impala for 2014, it converted from dullness into one of GM’s best complete-sizing, top-generate sedans, adopting just the proper amount of muscularity and clear, chiseled collections. Not only does it look wonderful, but today’s Impala is comfy, thrifty, and interesting when going, qualities largely absent looking at the precursor.

Base Impalas keep a 196-hp, 2.5-liter several-cylinder engine. A 3.6-liter V6 that creates 305 horsepower is non-obligatory. The two team with a 6-speed auto transmission.

Impala LS, LT, and Leading trim levels are provided. Each and everyone comes with air conditioning, energy features, and cruise trip manage. Chevrolet’s MyLink infotainment method, standard with LT and Superior cut, uses an 8.0-' custom touchscreen and includes satellite radio station as effectively as a Disc player. The sound system has a concealed storage inner compartment associated with the LCD display screen. GM’s OnStar program involves a wi-fi hotspot.

2017 Chevy Impala Lt Owners Manual Transmission

4-cylinder models include active disturbance cancellation, while top trim levels are installed with additional sound deadening and thicker cup.

Being qualified as the finest-equipped Impala at any time, it’s an entirely various dog breed of a large car than GM’s whole-size sedans of previous eras. Thinking of its costs composition, however, the Impala lacks some regular safety features, even though 10 safety bags are set up.

Regular only in Premier toned, a rearview camera is non-obligatory for the LT and isn’t even available for the fleet-duty LS edition. An optionally available group of innovative safety features contains adaptive vacation cruise handle, ahead-accident forewarning with automatic crisis braking, blind-spot checking, and lane-leaving warning. Tumse mil kay.

The Countrywide Freeway Targeted traffic Safety Administration gives the Impala a 5-star overall crash-test score, decreasing to four stars only for roll-over level of resistance, which is a calculated body. The Insurance coverage Institute for Road Safety gained Excellent scores in frontal- and part-impact collisions but hasn’t undergone other testing.

Energy economy is fairly respectable but rarely greatest-in-type, with the several-tube EPA-scored at 22/30 mpg City/Road, or 25 mpg Combined. With the V6, fuel usage drops to 18/28 mpg City/Freeway, or 22 mpg Merged.
